God Emperor addresses that somewhat by offering a different question: what do you do when God is urging you to rebel against Him?

Fuck this one got me good. <3
As did Leto II. He knew and fully bought into the long game that his father couldn’t.
slog is being really, really generous.
Oh god, so much this. Fuck Heretics and Chapterhouse with David Lynch’s dick.
My biggest gripe with the sequels was they lost the question that was so essential to the first book: Is it still the right thing to do, if less people suffer if I don’t?
I’ll stand up for everything through God Emperor, honestly.
Does that make Tommy boy the Gom Jabbar.
“Well, I was mauled by a Jaguar, learned nothing about driving, and my Dune paperback was ruined.”
I would say God Emperor is pretty good, if you can get past Leto’s whiny personality.
The secret truth every Colts fan is scared to admit is that even when healthy, Andrew Luck wasn’t that good. Sure he could throw for tons of yards but he holds onto the ball way too long. Sure the line wasn’t good, but he didn’t do them any favors. Then he never cured himself of his habit of too often throwing…
“Also, the state of Indiana has had some of the most remarkable political swings I’ve ever seen. Went red for Bush by nearly 21 points in 2004. Just four years later, Obama won it(!!!) by a point. But four years after that, he lost it by about 10 points, and four years after that, Clinton lost it by 19. Swung nearly…

In addition to giving us former talk show host Mike Pence, the state of Indiana was the northernmost state to join the Confederacy (but was surrounded by Union states, so they gave up faster than Vichy France), and once tried to legislate pi to equal 3. Never forget.
I’ll just assume based on no evidence that the Colt/Crimson Tide Venn overlap is due to a common interest in being racist motherfuckers. But there are also many good people on both sides, I’m sure.
For anyone wondering Dune is one of those amazing works that is even more relevant today then it was when it was originally published. After a slow start (25 or so pages) it morphs into an exciting romp with an important environmental message. I really can’t say enough good things about the book.
I remember watching the fake punt game.
The Denver Broncos have gone to 7 Super Bowls with QBs drafted by the Colts. The Colts have done so twice.
It’s a cedilla, not a tilde. Read a fucking book, Ryan.
