The original Deus Ex is really hard to play as a pacifist. I think I did it once, but I had the difficult on Easy.

I’m not exactly sure where you are in Danganronpa, so all I’ll say is that everything in the initial few hours eventually pays off.
What was missing for me was actual puzzles. It’s one case where a dearth of gameplay actually got in the way of the story. The island was a mysterious place whose secrets had to be uncovered, and because the radio tuning segments were really just going through the motions, it never really felt like I was puzzling my…
Congrats on welcoming Player #3 into the family!
Kimbra’s upcoming album is on my most-anticipated list. “Everybody Knows” is a banger.
The way I sell it to people is that you play the game, then New Game+, then the sequel.
Aww, Merve loves his turkey and gravy. Thanksgiving food is some of my favourite food!
In that case, let me give you the mildest of spoilers, and it might help you decide. It’s like you play the game, then you play the game on new game+ mode (with a slew of new mechanics and alternate missions), then you play the sequel to the game, and then there’s one last bit of content before it ends. NieR:Automata i…
I wish it did. We’ve all spent years laughing at Donald Trump, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and other odious assclowns, yet they control the United States of America.
Stop. Giving. Assholes. Attention.
Yeah, I think the prospect of five main endings has some people spooked because they think it means you have to play the game five times. It’s actually more like [MILD SPOILERS INCOMING] you play NieR:Automata twice, once in new game+ mode, then you play the sequel to NieR:Automata, and then you play a brief…
It’s a double-edged sword for me. The lack of aggro indicators helps with the feeling of exploration and immersion, but sometimes I just want to make a beeline for the next objective, you know?
I think I’m just really good at accidentally aggroing additional enemies during battle. Positioning is important, and if you walk too close next to a peaceful creature during a battle, you’ll aggro them.
This year, there were only two games I started that a) I’m not currently playing and b) didn’t finish. Those two are Gravity Rush Remastered and Binary Domain. The latter was a actually one of our Revue Club games, so I’m kind of embarrassed for not pushing through. I do intend to finish it at some point though. Same…
Without spoiling anything, there are a couple of really interesting levels later in Catalyst. Overall, the main missions are really good, and some of the open-world challenges are interesting, but man that story is just awful.
I think I’m reaching the point where I’ll have to start bonding with more Blades to unlock more elemental masteries. I’m still wandering around Uraya though, trying not to get my shit wrecked. Those fucking rhino enemies near the entrance to the capital just swarm my party every time. I’m going to need to sit down and…
You play A, then the credits roll, then you play B, then the credits roll, then you watch a movie trailer, then you play what could end up being C or D, then you decide whether it’s C or D, then the credits roll, then you reload at the choice point and pick the option you didn’t pick before, then the credits roll,…
Charging through robots while riding an angry moose is the reason why video games were created.
Ever since I moved to the States, I haven’t ceased to be amazed by how big a deal Thanksgiving seems to be. You’re going to eat another turkey in a month, guys!
Confession isn’t the only kind of information.
