Spider-Verse made $375 million. It made a surprisingly large amount of money thanks to fans’ word of mouth, but not a shit-ton by modern blockbuster standards.

Spiderverse made only $375million. Disney would take you out back and shoot you for that kind of low end gross (Solo).
I mean, it is pretty telling (and insane) to use Magneto, of all people, as ambassador.
But apparently the humans are still more insane if after DECADES they still haven’t learned not to bring normal guns into a Magneto fight.
Granola bars and steel ball bearings take up a lot of pocket space.
Maybe they’re full of little iron bits, just in case he needs to fuck someone up.
Even an Omega-level mutant’s gotta eat. They are probably filled with Krakoan energy bars.
Interesting story ideas, and yet I am just fixated on how many pouches Magneto has. I feel like he, more than anyone, shouldn’t need a ton of pouches.
It’s just that now instead of casting aside that difference in the hope of co-operation with humanity, they’re simply asking them to deal with it.
The golden ring of hell.
How the fuck are they just NOW getting that message? Ever since the first teaser poster came out it’s been unanimously negative, including from the top people of Sega themselves.
People obsessed with natural at home births make more sense to me after seeing that.
Yeah, and for people who want to work, going into these low-level service jobs isn’t going to cut it. It makes more sense to be unemployed than spend money on transportation to work for $8 an hour.
The Boomers were an artificially-inflated generation brought about by a collision of factors (the timing of the Depression, WWs, Cold War, etc). Why is it logical to frantically attempt to maintain that level of birth, instead of simply planning for/dealing with the more natural birth rates that have existed since…
Where is this magic labor shortage of which he speaks? Most fields with a living wage are still extremely competitive. It’s the minimum wage, service industry jobs that are seeing labor shortages, at least in my state.
Okay, Paulie, if you want higher birth rates, here’s what you and your buddies in Congress need to implement:
Paul Ryan Would Like You To Have More Babies
Do your part, get out there and crank out uneducated, bitter little white babies who will vote against their own self interest for the rest of their miserable lives. It’s our only hope!
Then get on board with paid maternity and paternity leave and universal healthcare, as well as education funding and social services.Oh, and livable wages so that people don’t have to use food stamps and other kinds of government assistance.
Ok, sure, asshole.
One of my brothers, who worked at a hobby shop in NYC at this time—and had an intentionally off-putting Sid Vicious look going on—was asked to run a Dungeons & Dragons session for a Geraldo Rivera special about the unholy perils of D&D. It sounds like him and his friends either gave Rivera's crew too much of a bad…
