Now that’s some barebones aviating! The PanAm people were pretty amazing in their day. Alas, there are few Juan Trippes nowadays. One thing’s for sure, he would’ve never put up with modern Boeings shenanigans.

Just a couple of things (some mentioned by GirchyGichy and others) :

It’s not like it was back in the ‘70s or ‘80s when we had Jean Jennings and Denise McCluggage around. Nowadays, there’s someone else to do all that stuff, especially since the OEMs like to make sure no one screws with their cars. 

That’s pretty damn good to get them to do that. I managed to get them to change tires and disc brake pads (which was a bit of a feat too). 

Ahhh, just a lot of dumbassery occurs in that area. Remember that Lambo that got launched into that parking structure a few years ago? Going way too fast and converted the car into an airplane for a few seconds. Then there was that Relativity Media guy and his McLaren over on Platt. Must be the air there or something.
