Full Frontal and Last Week Tonight are both miles better than modern TDS.

You know when people profile, like, serial killers or whatever? Like “This person is probably a male in his late 40s, bad relationship with his mother, insecure, poorly educated but prone to snobbery and delusions of grandeur...”

I’m sure he’s not writing their tweets...

Even though Trevor Noah probably didn’t have anything to do with the tweet, this post still reminds me of how downhill the show has gone since John Stewart left. It’s cringe inducing.

Those same people who love to whine about the Electoral College (“but whyyyy can’t it just be one person, one vote”) lean heavily on its existence to allow them to vote with their precious consciences instead of their fucking brains.

Him x 17m right now.

I would person liken this to the time my mom told me if I didn’t quit hitting my brother she’d pull over and make me walk home... We were only a mile away but that was one loooong as walk!

its like when you were little and fighting with your brothers in the car on the way to see Tarzan and your mom said she would turn the car around if you didnt stop and you didn’t believe her so you kept fighting and then she did and your life flashed before your eyes.

I’m in my 30s - I assume that my future wife is currently in utero.

I know: I LOVE NURSES. My sister is a nurse and she is fucking awesome.

When I had to take ambien I had to start putting my phone in another room. One night I was texting my gf who was downstairs watching tv with some friends that bats were in the bedroom attacking me. I woke up to about 200 pictures of blank walls I took in the dark of “the bats” and some weird Instagram posts. That's

Ambien does insane things to some people!

Kudos to the nurses who stepped up to care for a stranger to keep everything calm.

Thank goodness I am not the only Old here that remembers The Bugs Bunny Road Runner show, Scooby-doo, and everything I grew up with in the 70's and 80's. And I still love Schoolhouse Rock to this day! As well as the original Electric Company on PBS.

Now I feel really old, given that this was my Saturday morning jam:

Me and my brother would fix our own breakfast and be glued until the afternoon... my mother called it HEAVEN.

Don’t forget Schoolhouse Rock! One of the happier moments of my adult life was when I treated myself to a set of ALL the Schoolhouse Rocks (ostensibly for the kidlet, but I’m pretty sure the entire family knew who it was really for). Especially since I take great pride in being one of the few people I knew who can

Wait what? Recess and Pepper Ann are what were waxing nostlaiga for? I came here for some Care Bears, Jem, My Little Pony (original), and those freaky claymation after these messages people:

I used to get up early on Saturday mornings to watch Cartoons—way before my parents would wake up. As I recall the earliest show was Mighty Mouse, and then it went on all morning long. I don’t think my mom would plan anything before noon on Saturdays because it would cut into cartoon time.

Too much of a good thing.
