I was just coming to say that he was excellent in Fierce People. I watched it originally for Donald Surherland (I’ll pretty much watch him in anything) but I was swept up in Anton’s performance and I followed it up with Odd Thomas right after.

Loved him in that movie! He had so many great performances left in him.

I mean, wouldn’t he have been the perfect Nikolai Rostov in my make believe HBO War and Peace adaptation that isn’t actually a thing?

Point is, he was great and could have dug into so many great roles given the chance.

He was the cute half alien kid in the miniseries Taken who pointed out to everyone how stupid it was to crawl under a desk in the case of a nuclear bomb. Cutie pie. So sad for his family and those close to him.
