@MitchThunder: I think it's in the mediocre range that 3D hurts a movie. If junior-falcons was a little younger and Gahoule had been in 2D we would have been first in line to see it. But with the added expense of 3D there was no way we were going. $24 may be less than $30 but it's a whole lot more than no dollars.

@serenada: Also, Emma Watson (though I'm too lazy to google a picture).

@SupaChupacabra: And what books do you get? I couldn't find where they had a list of the "100 Greatest Science Fiction books."

junior-falcons had a subscription to Muse for 6 years (at least) until finally deciding she had out-grown this year in high school. A really great magazine for kids with an interest in science and the world in general.

@swenson: Have you had poutine? It's awesome.

@werthead: And there's your star back.

@werthead: How in the world did you lose your star?

@wulfwaru: Would you prefer a black lesbian man in a wheelchair?

@Grglstr: Ambiguously Sexual? That seems like it would be different in some fundamental way from Sexually Ambiguous.

How much better would V be if they would build a couple sets instead of CGI-ing (cheaply and badly) everything on the mothership?

@Dex-Starr: Did you not see that I agreed with you?

@Dex-Starr: This makes one a sports geek, though sports geeks would never stoop to calling themselves geeks because geeks aren't cool.

How have I not heard of Conscience of the King? Here I was thinking I had seen all the original Trek episodes.

@matt.saari: My bad. Never saw "About a Boy."

@Jaymii: Love, Actually, actually.

@evildead1971: I've got a serious thing for redheads but I find her quite striking as a blonde. A very pleasant surprise in my morning spoilers today.

You had me at Aardman.
