I think Wagner Moura is doing an excellent job of humanizing him, especially in all the scenes with his children. He is giving an amazing performance, and should be a (very early) contender for a 2017 Emmy.

I honestly hope it doesn't go that way. If people aren't along for the ride, I hope they just don't watch.
