Welcome to Pawnee.

My elation was shortlived this morning when I discovered the updated Amazon app w/ Video support doesn't support tablets. When I see how elegant the single app approach to Prime Video is on iOS, I am beyond furious.

Awesome! You get all the stars today for replyling to a 2 year old post.

Yeah, the Dell is gonna be worth it if you're using Linux for mission critical tasks day in and day out, like for school or job. Come to think of it, I have a 64GB SD card I bought for installing Ubuntu on my Acer C720 w/ crouton. I've just been using it for media storage, but I should seriously take some time to

If you must have Linux on one of these Ultrabooks, then your best bet is the Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition. It ships w/ Ubuntu installed and has guaranteed compatible drivers and live support from Dell.

I got the C720 for $150 and absolutely love the inexhaustible battery life. I do wish the keyboard had more feedback but the touchpad is the best I've ever used. Not even my $1000 Lenovo gaming laptop has a touchpad remotely close to this. I now catch myself trying to two-finger to right click on my other laptops.

And the Caps Lock is now a

If she has a legit allergy I can totally understand including oyster sauce and dried scallops as those two are common enough in so much of Chinese cuisine that they'd be hidden in most dishes she might order at a restaurant. They'd never be featured upfront in a name or description like Beef & Broccoli, but could

Dried scallops are a very common ingredient in fancy Chinese cooking. It's most commonly used n a rich meat stock stock made of pork ribs, chicken, and duck. Drying the scallop concentrates the flavor, making it more savory than a fresh scallop. Think of it as a natural MSG bomb.

Came here to post this, too. The mocking laughter is priceless.

I wonder if that was a savvy decision by the Friends producers/showrunners in realizing that while the 18-49 male demographic is sold on attractive actresses, their female counterparts—as Tina also points out in Bossypants— "are more drawn to character-based jokes and verbal idiosyncrasies." And that's why we have
