About the stalls: It is so much better in other countries. I was flying to Beijing last month via Zurich, and the lavatories were nothing short of amazing. The stalls had no gaps at the bottom, and they went up 7 feet. The door had no gaps for people to peer through. We went to a great restaurant in Beijing, but the…
Ok, I’ll try that. This might sound like a dumb question, but how do you embed the permalink? Thanks!
I didn't get ungreyed anywhere. :(
I walked out of the hotel to see my beloved Jaguar doing burnouts in the middle of the street. ‘Nuff said.
I hoped this day wouldn’t come. However, I must set aside my temper tantrum and wish you the best of luck with your new ventures and journeys.

That may be the most unreliable Accord I’ve ever seen. Even my Range Rover is more reliable. Maybe in 2020, when it’s four years old, it will catch on fire. A fate that will never befall the Accord, whose sole purpose is to torture the owner. *play Psycho theme*
In Russia during the USSR, cars were impossible to obtain during the early days. Then, as corruption set in, cars became more widespread. Trust me, I know, having spent a considerable part of my childhood in Moscow. By the way, my father was a Pioneer in his childhood. However, he was in government, which came with a…

Where in Mexico? Because Mexico City is not bad. It is actually very affordable, for $400 a night you can have a suite of rooms in the biggest hotel in Mexico City. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Thank you for your opinion. Now I must run my head under hot water in order to boil that thought out of my ears.
Believe it or not, I have never been to Walmart in my life. (Vaguely embarrassed yet proud at the same time)

Maybe British and cruise ship passengers. But not Russians and Chinese if you know their languages and can converse with them fluently. They'll be surprised by a Westerner knowing their language that they'll be quite pleasant.
Not in Russia. The Moskvitches were sometimes rebranded as Ladas right there in the dealerships. :)
Made even cooler by the fact that it survived email.
I grew up in Manchester. In fact, my parents still live there. Also, did you know Beverly Hills was initially based on the town of Beverly Farms?
A life size watermelon? What would a non-life size watermelon be? And you visited Salem? Great town, next time (preferably on a Monday-less traffic) visit Gloucester (the oldest fishing port in the country), Essex (the Antiques hub of the world-no, seriously), and Manchester-by-the-Sea (a town that Bostonians flock to…
