Yeah I do it as my career now, but I know I'll be spending the rest of my life worrying about job options and even worse, judging myself. I work 8 hours drawing and barely have time to work on my own projects, so I'm not improving or anything and it feels awful awful.

She has real mental problems, so your comment is pretty out of line.

Art, if you take it seriously as more than a hobby can also be the cause of a lot of self hate, anguish, depression too. But otherwise it really is a great outlet to a lot of hard emotions, it's also what got me through terrible high school years.

fyi thats an absolutely acceptable thing to do to me if you met me irl

my father is a Thai citizen, my stepmother is Thai, my little brother is Thai. while sure women aren't allowed to touch monks and there are places where behaviour is expected to be at a certain level Thailand is hardly a pinnacle of virtue and it markets bawdiness just as much as it markets it holy relics. Don't kid

oh my god peak bro

Yeah, it's fucked up. I feel like it's always a misogyny sandwich in a thin feminist wrapper. You open it up and it's like, what? Blerg.

Yes. Thank you Hilary Duff for selflessly posting this pic to make all new moms feel better about themselves. You are a saint.

in no way is the person in that picture actually hilary duff

I showed up here to say something and this is my opening: HBC didn't work for me, but if it works for you, you should absolutely do it. That said:

'I council thousands of people with disabilities'

She added, "You know, I own the biggest vegan company in the world."

also stassa i dont appreciate you misquoting tay

Red isn't my least... but it's in the top 3. Orange is my #1. My biggest issue is how orangey most reds are.

I don't really meditate and never have, but something I've found that helps a little is really focusing on deep breathing right before you go to bed. Either in bed or sitting somewhere, close your eyes, take slow, relaxed breaths, count them if it helps you calm your mind. I don't know if that'll help much as far as

Not a full meal, but I've used ribboned zucchini (w a veggie peeler) as pasta before (I'm not gluten free, just given the amount of pasta I consume on a weekly basis, having an occasional sub-in seemed wise), and it is super delicious. Would be good with pesto or tomato sauce.

I would also add that renting from the owner is usually a better deal. We recently got a nice town home in San Jose for $2000/month when others were lining up to pay her asking price of $2200. We just brought our credit reports and offered to pay her cash in 4 installments per year. Another benefit us no credit pull

Ugh, yeah it can really be tough even when working with agencies! Good thing you had a friend who could help.

@Posco Grubb: I can understand the business expense thing, sure. But unless my friend explicitly told me "I need to know exactly how much this costs for expense reporting, if it costs more I'll reimburse you." I'd take his "Tell me if it runs over" with a grain of salt and not bother him over a couple bucks in light

@Posco Grubb: Unless the postage somehow came to be $87.75 instead of $5.75.... regardless of whether or not your host said they would cover the total cost of the postage is beside the point. Asking somebody who put you up for almost a month for the extra $1.75 is really tacky.
