I was wondering, is lifehacker going to be the only Gawker website to have guidelines? I think Jezebel would really benefit from the guidelines too, there have been lots of times where I have been frustrated by the inaccurate scientific reporting and oversimplification. I get that it's not a website that people…
This is really great news, I'm so happy to hear that.
Yes, here it is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/det…
I started using iSleep easy 4 weeks ago and have been using it every night since. You can change background music, there's a couple of different sleep meditations. It cost me £3 in the App Store but I have used it more than any other paid for app so worth it. Let me know if you find anything free and better though!
Well done on persisting with the changes to the manual. When I get terrible feedback on something I did at work it's happened twice in the past from over critical supervisors), my response has been to have a meltdown. you will be okay!
your dog sounds hilarious! How did you find out he was faking seizures?
are you me?
Be especially aware of pickpockets in Paris - it's pickpocket central.
I agree with your disagree. It does not look good, it looks like it's full of bad taste slapstick jokes. And it's against my instincts since it's got Amy.
I know the feeling. You poor thing. You can do this. Good idea with disabling your social media - you can also download applications to disable other websites if that's not enough.
You're right! If I lived in Paris I would probably have OCD. The smell of urine was so strong in all of the stations, I constantly felt like I should be washing my hands.
Hush Puppies! Do you get that brand in America?
I hate it when I can't sleep, it's the worst. I also seem to get into a pattern of becoming more afraid that I won't be able to sleep, and then not sleeping because of being afraid. One thing that has helped me recently is listening to a going to sleep meditation every night after switching off the lights. It's…
You sound awesome. They are awesome coping strategies.
I hear you! I am overly sensitive to alcohol too. After just one drink, I feel more down and nauseous the next day. Sometimes people just don't seem to get that it's not worth drinking for me, and they make comments saying that I'm being boring or something. It's a bit sad sometimes because it's like they think you…
It is so hard to keep a routine, especially what the skincare Gods demand. Paula's Choice has a 10% exfoliation thingy though that's really good and you can just slap it on one or two nights a week before going to sleep.
Maybe it's just because we're all still teenagers at heart.
I'm on yasmin and also a really low (25mg) dose of spiro. I've been on spiro for two months and it hasn't really helped so far. I can feel about 3 potential cysts waiting to come out on my forehead. I also blast them with a bluelight device whenever I get one.
That's a good tip. I'm going to try it out with my next cyst.
