It’s such a misconception that pro-choice peeps are just aaaaall about abortion, right? Like we have an abortion and we jump for joy because it was just SO MUCH FUN! Frustrating.

Thank you for sharing this! I’m glad you didn’t feel any pain. I had mine in 2003 and they only applied the local anesthetic, and it really fucking hurt. It was a traumatizing experience, albeit a huge relief because I really did not want to be pregnant.

dat privilege doe

I know I’m a cat and all but SUP?

This is my fluffmonster Rofflez, who has no diet problems but he does have two layers of fur that get annoying in the summer. 😩 His 3rd birthday is tomorrow btw!

Gotta show this to my parents. Their cat is so, so, so fat and I always tell them they need to get it together.

That one cracked me up!

BUT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT HER

Ditto, and I also live in the liberal bubble that is Los Angeles.

Eewww.

Wow, Atlanta sure is brighter than any of us thought.

We’re a powerful force is we band together.

This is also true.

I love my fellow Latin Americans, but I also get frustrated that we’re all lumped into a giant group of people when we’re all so different. Kinda makes me wish all of us here, no matter the background, were just called “Americans.”

This is true for many Cubans, unfortunately.

I think he’s just white and not “white passing.” lol

My parents are South American, came here legally in the 80s, speak english and are relatively educated (they didn’t escape socialism but just wanted a better life) and they also have a problem with how many undocumented people come into the country. They both identify as strongly Democrat, though. It’s an interesting

My friend and I spoke about this recently. I just got back from Ecuador and was so disappointed by the lack of social progress in the country. My friend, who’s also South American, said that she can’t imagine what it’s like for a white Latin American to be so high up on the social scale in South America only to come

Cubans are notorious for this. We have to keep in mind that immigration for them is a bit different for the rest of us because they don’t deal with the “undocumented” stuff, so I kind of understand their mentality. I don’t agree with it, but I get it.

Well, a high percentage of Chileans are indeed white so this doesn’t surprise me.
