We’ve got about $5k to work with plus whatever a Miata with rear frame damage will sell for.
You should try selling your car to this dude.
Trying to figure out an engine transplant for my beetle. What’s the easiest way to 140hp? Was thinking of an MR2, or some subi engine as a swap.
I’m looking for a kit that integrates a flexible LED strip doubling as a running light/turn signal that goes all the way to the buttons - the car I have doesn’t have any type of turn signal module so it would have to be all inclusive (buttons to strips, and everything in between). Any recommendations? I haven’t been…
I have a 69 VW that I was thinking of getting digital gauges in. I have a tablet that I could use as the screen, but the problem is that many of the existing setups like this run off of the OBDII interface...which of course my car would not have. Are there any ways to convert analog signals easily into a digitally…
I’ve been browsing Amazon trying to find one and there are a hell lot of options. Ideally something that has prime shipping, over 4 stars, under $75, anyone have any personal experience with batteries in this range?
Very curious as to what this number is.
I need to get a list of higher end wheel/performance shops and the quickest way I can think of would be to download the lists from other brands. Is there any way to do this?
I cannot wait for it's predecessor. Take the engine from the One:1 (1341 hp) and add the hp from the Regera electric motors (>700) and you get at least 2041 hp.
I've never, ever heard of this happening before. I put new SS lines and did a flush a few days ago, and today on the road at about 65, pedal to the floor. Thankfully I was able to stop and pull over to a side road and it wasn't really close or anything, but that's my biggest fear while driving lived out.
My 2005 Volvo S40 has been sitting for over a year now - put a new engine in it and it won't start. Everything is hooked up properly and all fuses are intact. The gear indicator shows a dash instead of P/D/N/R, which makes me think the TCM is not giving the NSS a signal that it can crank.
It seems like the majority of the content has gotten rather small-minded and snarky for the sake of being snarky. There was a point at which I thought it was enough to have personality and be endearingly entertaining, but it's denigrated into something feeling much more like high school. Am I alone in feeling this…
Or did I miss the memo?
05 S40 2.4i. 12 head bolts (hg went). 2 fully rounded off, 1 lightly rounded, 2 WILL NOT MOVE. Ground down rounded off ones, tried to get other bolts off and they wouldn't move.
