I’m right there with you, Drew. And my family carbonera recipe (which is pretty much the same as Florence’s) is one of the go-to foods for that night alone. Cooking with my music on, drinking my choice of wine or beer, and barely following a recipe is just meditative. I’m a much better person after that meal.
