Korra's characterization this season has been terrific. No more lamenting about her lot in life. No more lashing out at everyone within spitting distance. No more self-doubt.

Just confidence and the true skills befitting an Avatar. I'm really looking forward to her clash with that awesome bender gang.

I am really, really digging the bender criminals. They all look, act and fight like total badasses. Everything this season is clicking into place with formidable ease. All the characters are charming, the action is fantastic and the animation is brimming with imagination and beauty.

Speaking of which, if this series turns into a hit I'd love to see the series end with an epilogue episode depicting the events of The Monarch of The Glen.

Then a spin-off limited series adapting Anansi Boys starring John Boyega and Chitwetel Ejiofor.

Clarke Peters as Mr. Nancy.

It really is a beautiful work of art. It changed my entire mindset during my teenage years.

I was raised in a strict Christian household. Could only watch TBN and listen to Christian music which consisted of ultra-lame shit like Carmen and DC Talk. Couldn't keep any comics that featured anything that could be

I also found that bitch line off-putting. Even for all his sucker-punching, torture-happy antics Jack has never been even remotely infantile. Seemed out of character for him to start name-calling. He's usually ice cold business when dealing with terrorists but it really seems like there is something about Simone that

The shorter episode order and tighter pacing has been working wonders for the show.

The lack of Kim Bauer doesn't hurt either.

And no one who eats it understands what ingredients are contained within it. Even after reading the contents on the carton, they still don't get it.

The Kenan Flopsorbet

It's a boring sorbet trying really, really hard to be an interesting ice cream flavor but ultimately failing.

The Sasheer Zagelato

Originally Neapolitan ice cream made chocolate to quell customer complaints about the abundance of vanilla.

Bob Odenkirk is the God of GODDAMNIT!

Kung Pow! Enter the Fist is a classic martial arts film. It is held in the same regard as Drunken Master 2.

Maybe it's for becoming an Auguste Clown for a prison circus.

Upvoted for the Dick Gregory shout-out.

Paul Mooney was definitely a boon for the show but I just found it all around quality programming. Key & Peele is probably the closest thing we have to Chapelle Show. It still pales in the social commentary department but I'd say it matches it on the hilarity front.

Kanye and Common in a kitchen, performing The Food. Classic! That was so cool it could've been the official video for the song.

I always took it that Joe Piscopo and Carrot Top are so fiercely mocked that they both made the ill-advised decision to Hulk-out in a desperate attempt to stem the tide. Like becoming so physically imposing that few would dare to mock them to their face was their only option.

I would not consider his music segments filler. He had on Big Boi, Talib Kweli and The Roots. We're talking about the creme de la creme of Hip Hop back then. These weren't guys you saw on Late Night in those days. And they weren't just performing on a boring stage like SNL. He made it a point to have a unique approach

I'll be your Huckle, berry.

Yes, yeeeees, let the berate flow through you.
