There's a restaurant in my town that has individual bathrooms with male/female signs on them. Right below those are laser-printed paper signs that say something to the extent of "we've only gendered these bathrooms because we're legally required to. Use whichever you want" So, in a lot of areas, it might be a code

Unfortunately, I cannot be there every time she needs to pee in public (especially now that we live on opposite sides of the country). I am glad that she got to the point where she was not at risk of her bladder bursting before she found a safe restroom, but I wish this weren't an issue.

I really do not understand the point of gendered individual bathrooms. I'm a cis woman but I'm not gonna freak out if the toilet I'm using also comes with a urinal.

The good news is, now a bunch of dudes are going to show and state their boob preferences. If you are lucky, maybe they'll like your boobs. Then your life will be complete and the conversation be over. Can't wait.
