story-wise COd4 is the best, but COD BO2 is a better COD game overall than COD4 due to multiplayer. Pick 10 system is the best balancing system i've seen.

it's not just suicides, bro. New yorkers are half as likely as vermonters to die from firearms total. Check this UPenn study for source. In fact, the worst states for death by firearms are places where people carry firearms easily, like places without strict gun control laws (Alaska, Louisana, Mississippi, etc)
