true, it's all about the distribution relationships. People buy console games from big corporate distribution centers, amazon, best buy, etc. Nobody buys PC games from those places. MS can't undercut amazon/best buy/etc because then they'd lose them as a distributor.

pricing of any product is complicated and has to do with relationships. Sony doesn't want to piss off its distributors by undercutting them online with downloadable titles. That's why they will never sell downloaded titles cheaper than the boxed version. It has nothing to do with which version is cheaper to produce.

I think most people who condemn promiscuity are really condemning emotional baggage. Why? People often act promiscuously when they are insecure, narcissistic or using sex as a coping mechanism. Those emotional traits are typically not something you'd want in a long term partner, therefore extreme sexual activity…

As to point 1: Some folks have likened the ability to dress a certain way as one form of "freedom of speech", ala the 1st amendment. If appearance is speech, then your consideration for how you look should be the same as your consideration for what you say or do.
