I'm making the same argument as you, except in the other direction. *Girls* also need to take responsibility for the way they dress. They do not exist in a vacuum. Their actions have an impact on others. Whether that impact is on all men, or some men, or just a couple men, it is an impact.

it's not stupid. You could look at the sales of romance novels and the corresponding gender of those consumers to get an idea of how true it is. Women buy those things more than men. Saying that gender has no bearing on how people behave is ignoring the facts.

maybe they do innately, or maybe men's desire is strong enough to persuade them.

a crass speech that goes on for a half hour is probably not an involuntary response, but a "damn!" or other similar phrase might be involuntary.

Well you can either ask women to limit what they wear, i.e. have a dress code, or you can have separate classrooms for boys and girls. Surely there are other solutions.

hahaha... oh you're serious?

Exactly. What you wear says something to the greater public, i.e it has an impact on the world around you. Therefore, you bear responsibility for the impact you have on others.

nobody is less valid. This guy has a different experience than me and most of the guys i know. That makes neither him nor I wrong.

true. there may be exceptions to this theory but I've yet to figure out all the nuances. Generally people with money look better than people who don't. Maybe they have more time to work out/tan/make-up/shop for nice things?

"Tea" leaves come from a particular species of plant. Infusion of water with tea or herbs or flowers is not necessarily "tea", but it is an infusion. I think that's the author's point.

part of it has to do with the quality of tea you're using. With teabags, you almost always get a bitter cup if you don't remove the tea. With good quality loose tea, I don't have that problem.

After reading this article and countless others on XMBC and Plex, I ended up going with a Roku 3 and Plex server. Most of my media is local , but i also have netflix.

you aren't using facts in your argument.

umm... isn't not dying the definition of a living wage?

I hate the comments. already had multiple instances of losing my comment because it freezes up.

Give your friend my love. And by love, I mean a punch in the boob.

Nice move LA! You've regulated a lucrative business out of town.

isn't picking on people a form of social feedback? how else will we know we're fat or otherwise goofy looking unless immature idiots make fun of us for it?

should I be outraged? It sounds more like someone found a silver lining to eating disorders.

Sorry but i think the Montana cOse is dubious. the testimony confused me as a reader, so I can only struggle to imagine how a drunk football player was supposed to know when she was consenting and when she wasn't. There are several moments when she says "no" but then later says that the escalation was consensual.
