Since the saying goes- A few bad apples ruin the bunch, cops and politicians who use that example in hopes of defending the supposedly “good ones” are really shooting themselves in the foot.

Not rare at all. Common enough that my Dad has always told me to tie up my hair when I drive to avoid calling it to the attention of the cops that I’m a woman. Note that he specifically said cops, not bikers, not truckers, he worries about cops. What a world we live in.

 Or, put in terms for the GOP. The misconduct rate is probably close the the welfare fraud rate, which means it’s a massive issue, right?

Watson is definitely good, but not nearly as good as the actors in Olive Garden commercials. You genuinely feel like they are enjoying Olive Garden, which they aren’t.
