“Trying to humanize myself”? Pssst. I’m a human.

I’m actually white, so that would be interesting. Allow me to cut and paste a response.

I don’t have to backpedal. I can say “I was mistaken to be angry off preliminary information in this case.” Because it’s okay to be wrong.

True story. Anger got the better of me.

I appreciate the faith. Genuinely. And yes, obviously, my anger was misplaced in this instance (and if I didn’t realize that on my own I’ve got a whole lot of burners here to tell me and suggest I perform sex acts on them).

This is true, though there are certainly instances of multiple white dudes, like Columbine. Obviously my knee-jerk rage was misplaced in this instance. I guess this has taught me a valuable lesson: countless dickheads of all colors and creeds want to murder innocent people. AWESOME!

It would perhaps appear that all my unresolved rage for all those OTHER horrifying mass shootings committed by angry white guys who are subsequently humanized in the media was unduly influencing my objectivity. My bad.
