I’ve never found Jim to “complain for the sake of complaining”. He is a game critic so he critiques games. He has called out many of these jackass, hack developers on their bullshit while other critics don’t which, to me, is something a critic/reviewer is supposed to do. Yes...the AVGN comparison is not a good one…

In no way did Jim become a harrasser. I watch his stuff daily and he has been as fair as anyone could possibly be while dealing with 2 people who are obviously mentally disturbed in some fashion. You can not sue someone for being critical of your product.

What I find so stange about this whole ordeal is that Jim has actually been fairly nice to Digital Homicide considering how sophmoric they have acted throughout.
