I read something interesting last week.
You think women wearing hijabs, niqabs, etc. don’t get sexually harassed and assaulted? How cute.
I hate to break it to you, but women get catcalled regardless of their attire. I’ve been catcalled while wearing a formless sweatsuit that made me look like Grimace. Men catcall because it’s a gross power move, not because the woman is dressed immodestly.
From what I remember, the goblet acted as a magical legal contract. He was bound by magic to compete. That’s why they couldn’t take him out bc the game officials did not want an underage kid in the competition
And if not, it was a binding magical contract, he had to compete or die.
Johnny Bobbitt Jr., a homeless veteran who gave his last $20 to a stranded motorist last month, has now purchased a…
Most people don’t know this, but I’ve never been molested by Roy, either. The fake news won’t tell you. They didn’t even ask to interview me. A lot of other people are talking about I️t though. Believe me. It’s true.
I liked it too. It was just too long - a 7 minute short for this would have been charming and nice, but a TV-episode-length “short” was just kind of too much after 20 minutes of previews. You just want to get to the main movie at that point.
I liked it too!!! I sortakindareally hate Josh Gad so I’m not an Olaf fan, but I love me some Elsa so...
plus, it was so beautiful to look at. I loved Frozen for many reasons and one of them is that the animation is so, so gorgeous. it’s fun to visit Arandelle every now and again.
my BF, who has never seen Frozen,…
There are some great things that have come from Frozen but this is not one of them. The live show at the California park looks pretty awesome, I haven’t seen it in real life but from what I’ve seen on YouTube, they have done a great job with casting the show. And they also have WOC in the rotation of actresses playing…
She’s a good reporter. I always thought she was too much of a newshound to fit into the morning news anchor chair—not that I thought she couldn’t have done it, just that it was a waste of her talent to make her do cooking segments. It was awful to see what Lauer and Co. did to her. I hope she is getting nicely…
Keanu.
I have faith in Al Roker if only because of his hatred of Billy Bush and his anger over the Tamron Hall situation.
Add Al Roker to the list of people (Tom Hanks, Nick Offerman, etc.) I hope never to hear are rapey douches.
Dr. Lee is the kind of doctor who sought out dermatology as a specialty because she enjoys popping pimples. I don’t see anything wrong with that, or with her videos. She’s providing quality care to people who seek it out voluntarily, and if she makes money off of doing the videos, all the better for her. Win-win if…
Well, my question is, a lot of the services Dr. Lee provides is largely not covered by insurance. So what then? These procedures can cost thousands. People should just live with the large benign cyst? Or seek out someone like Dr. Lee?
“And is it possible to normalize a person with a skin condition when you focus solely on a procedure intended to remedy whatever they (or their doctor, or our beauty-obsessed society) deem is amiss?”
that really bothered me, too. I work in a low-income health center and could not imagine telling patients “if you let the doctor film this, it’ll be free.” That just breaks so many ethical guidelines for me.
