Yep, casually walked to a police car. . . . handcuffed, and in the grip of a police officer. Which is pretty much the same thing as in the picture but rather than the officer being on foot and having a physical hold of him they have him secured to a rope instead.

Symbolic? They had the guy in custody inside what amounted to a highly guarded conference room in a location that had no way to accommodate feeding him until he was transferred. The law says you have to feed prisoners and setting a guy out to grab a burger close by was probably the simplest solustion.

You mean that he was provided a required meal while in custody and, seeing as the location he was being held wasn’t equipped for long term inmates it had no food, the officers went and got food from someplace locally?
