While man others have said much more in a more eloquent way my very first thought was: multiple adults (LEOs no less) cannot handle a 9 year old?! I am 36, no kids, yet I am confident I could subdue a 9 year old without injuring/threatening them. jfc

Whoa whoa whoa! Not all white men are “shrimp dicked”

I had a 2003 MAZDASPEED Protege. She was black. She was number 717 of 1500. I loved her. An amazing car! I was dumb. I rolled her into a tree. :(

So, a search warrant for a white man with homemade explosives and several illegal weapons ends with an arrest. No shots fired? No one killed? What parallel universe is this I am...oh wait, a WHITE man. Never mind. smh

This is design hubris.

only 8 percent of American students could identify slavery as the cause of the Civil War

Still, fixing what you can, as soon as you can, is an essential and highly symbolic first step toward addressing the rest of the problem.

Excessive force? Definitely.

I have awareness of my surroundings and the situation I am in
(heavy traffic, night time, weather, etc.)

I think (from observation and experience) the vast majority of traffic problems and accidents occur from people not having awareness. This is true with people using any form of travel (walking, biking, skating, etc.)

This literally just happened to me last night for the first time. I have a 2019 MacBook Pro. Definitely not just an M1 issue.

*Or maybe it was the Oath of the Night’s Watch, I’m not quite sure what it’s called. I rarely pay attention to white men’s promises.

As a native Texan (Austin), my states frustrates the hell out of me. The backwards thinking, open racism and misogyny, ignorance, etc etc.

Especially in Austin! I would see them constantly!

Bleh. I’m just tired of stupid people, y’all.

The Leaf and Bolt are ugly. I would love an EV but the vast majority of what is available is ugly. I have been thinking about a Tesla 3 for the past year but not sure. It is frustrating that so many EVs are ugly AF.

I live in Texas. I am not a lawyer.

Gen X here.

Okay LEGO! Make a kit for this vehicle!

Just a thought: Those that have been able to work and maintain a job all throughout 2020 have more money saved since all (most*) are limited in doing extra activities. They take that extra savings and purchase a vehicle.

That commercial was fantastic! I can’t believe I never saw that video before. I wanted and SRT-4 so bad. But I was very fortunate to get a 2003 MazdaSpeed Protege. It was an amazing car!
