I think Tommyknockers is actually kind of brilliant up to the end. It demystified the story too much and made the whole plot kind of banal retroactively. It’s also interesting how you can see the influences of King’s addiction.

I was really looking forward to the Mindy Project, but I was creeped out by the guy who kept fat-shaming her in the first episode and turned it off without finishing it. I was horrified to find out he (Danny) was her love interest later.

It’s not portrayed as something positive like stalking is in romcoms. The show deals extensively with her mental illness as it goes on. I only saw most of S1 before I went on break until more seasons are available where I live, but it was handled pretty well up to that point.
