Spot on. And she’s probably not even asking for a free pull / LOR but a completely custom dress - celebs don’t like to pay for carpet looks. Especially younger, entitled ones. Hair, makeup, styling is usually done gratis unless you’re bigger / nice enough to pay your staff. But the couture is never purchased.

She absolutely does not expect to pay - and clearly her stylist isn’t being honest with her, or she’s milking it!

She wouldn’t - she most likely asked for a custom couture piece for free / LOR - and showrooms weren’t having it.

Costume designer & stylist here - Meh ... I call bull. If it’s really last minute (like two days before) it’s hard to find a showroom that has a ton of 6/8 left, but if her stylist is halfway decent there are TONS of beautiful options in a 6 and even 8 at showrooms in NY and LA, that can be let out a bit if necessary…
