It’s because you’ve never bought anything on the promise, just the base function. I’m not in the reddit, but I’m with you. I’ve bought things I want, with realistic expectations. And other than things I haven’t used enough to justify the cost because of weather (looking at you, goretex shoes I bought before I moved to

The unhinged ravings of the face of Tesla has to be playing into this. He’s basically attacking his core demographic over and over while embracing the demographic that thinks climate change is a hoax. Not a strategy for long-term success. Even the most loyal ‘stans have to be starting to lose it a little as they see

The fender flares remind me of the 80s widebody homologation specials that also weren’t that great looking, but are now fondly remembered. I imagine it will take some time for the general car enthusiast public to take a shine to this M2. The side profile though, is this car’s best angle.

The exterior design actually grew on me. In certain angles, it looks weird, but I’m generally a fan of bugling-ass fenders. One thing I find unforgivable is the hideous and tacky dashboard and gimmicky interior. How many damn M colors does a true M car need? Seat badges not enough? Have some M stripes on the door

Solves most problems

Think about it. Nobody does a double take when they see a Porsche SUV because we’re used to it for over 20 years now. People buying this thing want the attention. When I see a Urus, I stare pretty hard. Mostly because I can’t believe Lamborghini made an SUV. I wish they’d make a modern LM002 just for giggles.

Correct (unfortunately). I live in #6. I greatly enjoy living in here/CA in general but the downside is there’s a massive housing shortage. Rent is quite high, so myself & my fellow coworkers (white-collar late 20-30 somethings) are all either living with several roommates, parents, or family. A few finally scrapped

Man, I Feel Like I Know This Woman

Hotel employee here, 5 bucks is fine if you never use housekeeping or only stay 1-3 nights (and you aren’t a total slob).

This sounds like a great way to encourage mold growth on your mattress, especially if it’s foam.

Dirt you can’t see doesn’t exist.

Not to be one of those well actually people but... you mentioned Judy Kuhn and Jodi Bensons cameo, but you forgot the other big one.  The soap opera James Marsden is watching in the hotel?  The star is Paige O'Hara, voice of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and a dear friend of mine.  Honestly far as easter egg cameos

Not sure if you are an old Top Gear fan, but on one of their Christmas gift exchanges, they showed an insert that you put behind the filler door. And when you opened the filler door, it loudly announced that ‘THIS CAR TAKES DIESEL FULE.” They all mocked, but... here we are..

“It’s definitely got a face that might turn people off” buddy compared to its stablemates it’s BMW’s fucking Mona Lisa

I will say that while he is indeed a complete joke, Levine is a very rich, successful man a full 20 years older than Stroh. So while manipulated may not be the right word, there is a vast vast power imbalance happening here. And I do feel for her on that.

Yes, if you like to brew a pot of loose tea, Asian markets have the best green tea, jasmine tea, and other varieties. Even the canisters are so attractive, you’ll want to keep them and repurpose them.

That lady should never have been in a hospital as a nurse. She should’ve been in an institution

Although cows are frequently blamed, it’s actually Fox News personalities that are the single greatest source of methane pollution.

I had the last model year they made these -- a 1991 560 SEL. It was gorgeous, inside and out, absolutely flawless interior and exterior... but the engine was terminally broken and the repairs were so expensive I literally gave it away for free in 2011. I both loved and hated that car.

This clip aired in 2009, right after the global financial crises. If anything that clip just proves how wrong we were and still are about hi-po ICE models. Jeremy was/is famous for his fear mongering and the “war on cars”
