Yeah but now I find the flashing red thing to be unnecessary. I know they put it in there out of nostalgia, but other than that it’s really just a pointless, vestigial feature.

Nobody remembers Dino Crisis 3, an Xbox exclusive that had nothing to do with the first two games, and that’s probably why Capcom is reluctant to use the Dino Crisis brand again even though the title actually makes total sense for a game about shooting dinosaurs pouring out of random time portals.

It looks fine to me, Miss Nitpick.

Akira Yamaoka is doing the score?

Akira Yamaoka is doing the score?

I’m fine with the gameplay, but those FFXIII styled fonts and UI? Ugh... It clashes with the fantasy settings. Hopefully they'll change it in the release version.

I'd call them 'fromsoft-y' games.

I did. Probably the easiest of the three in terms of main game content, though they saved most of the bullshit in the DLC.

Nah, they were pretty much bullshit. All of the subsequent Souls games have significantly less ambushes and traps concentrated on one location and instead disperse them into more manageable areas. Sen’s Fortress felt like an early experiment on level design by the developers that they end up going a little bit

I stopped playing the first Dark Souls in the middle of Sen’s Fortress. It’s just... Full on, non-stop bullshit of traps and ambushes from the start. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to it.

In Elden Ring, yes. There’s no such thing in Dark Souls that I know of.

Well, would you kindly finish the first Bioshock already?

I'd love to one day be able to play Bloodborne on PC in glorious 60fps, as well as the Demon's Souls remake.

They found a Middle-Eastern buyer.

Being already 8 years old and still selling with a next gen version on the way, I’d say it’s doing pretty good for an ‘incredibly mediocre game’. And I wouldn’t say that it was ‘Ubisoft-lite’ considering that Assassin’s Creed games weren’t as expansive as it is today prior to Witcher 3. It was a lot closer to Red Dead

Eh. As far as open world games go The Witcher 3 was still pretty good. Side quests were abundant but at least they were fun to do and narratively rewarding for the most part. The only thing I didn’t like was the Gwent. Assassin’s Creed Origin/Odyssey/Valhalla on the other hand tried so hard to out-Witcher 3 The

Dead Sun? It was awful, glad they didn’t release it. The dialogue was atrocious, the art direction was outdated, combat was pretty much just another Arkham Asylum/Shadow of Mordor clone, and the character designs were just bad.

A full Witcher 3-like remake of Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain would be awesome indeed.

Reminds me of Slap Happy Rhythm Busters, which was a quirky little fighting game that I wouldn’t mind seeing revived in some way.
