Kudos for watching Mom. That's really a show that doesn't get the praise it deserves because it's on CBS.

Mom is Chuck Lorre's redemption arc, and it's beautiful.

So is Showgirls.

For all the unfunny jokes, Max and Caroline's relationship was always sweet, and I will miss that, even if the unfunny and racist jokes made me stop watching like 2 years ago.

Like Georgina?

I could see that, and perhaps I'm a bit biased by my last re-watch of season 7 like a year ago. I went full in with the mindset this is Buffy's story and how everything is thematically related to her, so even the digressions didn't feel out of place because they where either amusing of circled back to her. Andrew, the

Hehe, don't worry! Took me a while to come up with an answer as well, had to search my feelings for the season as well!

I really didn't mind that, cause they had already harped all season 3 they were *meant to be together* Shitty leg to stand on since that was the problem (they went from 1 to 300 between seasons 2 and 3) so the jump from season 3 to 4 was no more egregious than what had come before.

I gotta say that variable reeeeally depends on what kind of fanbase the show starts to bring in.

Well we will have Will and Grace tho!

That bridge got burned ages ago.

I fear they may drop Mac :(

Personally I think that it stopped AC of being a must watch was the show being unable to actually tell the story of the beginning of SHIELD.

AoS RENEWED Y'ALL!!

Yeah, SPN has fun with the meta, but it doesn't like to move forward as a show, and you are right, the show was at its best when it took risks. And while it has polished it's formula by now, it kinda feels like it's going through the motions, but they are at the point where it's an enjoyable leisure-y ride.

AoS RENEWED YAAAY

Oh I do agree that SPN has very similar sensibilities, although its length has hurt some of its seasons. Tho I think there's the marked difference SPN is not an ensemble show, they do share some DNA.

You mean Supernatural?

My main problem with the Flash right now is that I stopped watching it.

Oh indeed Arrow had issues the first couple of seasons, they were not perfect at all, but it felt like growing pains and made me so excited for how awesome seson 3 would be. What a shame season 2 was the plateau.
