This is idiotic and I truly believe that your company has missed out on tons of great employees due to this policy.  Taking the time to polish my resume and craft it according to the specific job description your company published shows that I can be bothered to care.  And then loading it into your antiquated talent

This line of thinking has never made sense to me. I assume candidates are still interested if they haven’t withdrawn their candidacy. This isn’t the rush of a first teenage crush where everyone needs constant reassurance that they’re still The One.

My rule of thumb is this: did I get a business card from the person I interviewed with? If I did, then I send the e-mail. In my experiences the primary gatekeepers in the interview process is the HR rep. Once I get past them (the initial phone interview) then the people I’m meeting with are from the department I’m

Remember, you may have taken time out of your day, but your interviewers (usually plural) all took time out of their much busier days (remember, they’re hiring managers) to meet with you.

I get enough notes and emails. Please don’t send me more. I’m quite aware you are happy you got an interview.

Many if not all of the advantages of crossovers are also disadvantages. They’re marketed as advantages and we’re upset that people fell for it. From your list:

That language is uncalled for.

What waste? I ate it you dingus

Damn, where’s a journalist when you need one?

Cool.  Keep liking your own posts.

After that press conference, DeTrumpeau acknowledged there was a corruption problem in Washington, but, of course, not one that involved him in any way. “A lot of it’s the Deep State bureaucrats. A lot of it’s the Democrats,” he said.

Yet, none of the other neighbors managed to shoot the rightful owners of their mixed-up apartments. Cops aren’t necessarily bad, but Amber Guyger isn't one of the "good apples."

This wouldn’t have happened if so many white people weren’t scared of any black person they see and if cops weren’t conditioned to shoot first and ask questions later. It was technically an accident but it probably wouldn’t have happened if she wasn’t a white cop or he wasn’t a black man.

To me if her tears are genuine or not doesn’t matter. She can be genuinely remorseful and feel guilty as fuck that doesnt change whether she is guilty in the eyes of the law. She shot a man in his own home.

Google “Tubular bike tires”

Anyone care to explain what “rolling” a tire is?

Its like the boy who cried wolf except there really was a wolf eating sheep every time and nobody ever did anything about it and then just stopped listening to the boy entirely and didn't give a shit that the village's sheep were being eaten.

Can’t believe deadspin is doing tropes now/s

Just glad to see Kushner is making all that peace in the Middle East happen. Is anyone else tired of all the winning?!

Apartheid state does apartheid.
