This a really silly comment. The issue isn’t that they didn’t know where Iran is on a map, but didn’t know which country touched both the Caspian Sea and the Persian Gulf without having a map in front of them.

Yeah, I’m sure if David Cross had said “no fucking way that happened,” you’d think that was a great response, and you would definitely believe him, that’s for sure.

CK definitely did not improve, statistically or otherwise, each season as a starter. Even knowledgeable football people who support Kaepernick don’t claim he’s better than average his past few seasons. His QBR was 55.2 last year. You’re thinking of QB rating, which did jump back to 90 last year. It was 98.3, 91.6,

Considering the Saints’ D, this is probably right, but I’m still not sure the Packers will be good enough with Hundley or Kaepernick. But I also think Rodgers is the best football player I’ve ever seen, so it’s possible I’m overestimating his effect on the Packers.

You don’t even know how to spell Aaron Rodgers’ last name. You also think they’re going to win one more game.

Around the Horn wasn’t on then you lying sack of shit.

This is a strange reply, and I feel pretty confident you don’t know much about the NFL. Hundley was highly talented, and was drafted for this exact scenario. It’s possible that he could suck, and it’s possible that Kaepernick could be better after having not played for a year and a half, and not knowing the offense,

“Except for the fact that even as an average QB, he’s still a better QB than the two that are currently on the Packers roster that have been practicing their plays for a few years.”

Of course. You’re just like every other fucking dumb asshole on the internet. You have to imply bad intent because you’re too fucking stupid to actually have a conversation about anything.

No, they’re not.

Aren’t you a Patriots fan? I only remember this because you’re consistently one of the biggest homers imaginable.

My ‘average’ is being generous, but I think you’re underestimating how hard it would be to come in off the street in week 7 and start winning football games. Even if he was truly better than half the QBs in the league, and worse than half, that wouldn’t mean that he’s going to give them a better chance at winning this

It’s hard for us to say definitively, of course, but it’s not crazy that a coach would be annoyed by such a suggestion/question at week 6 in the season for the exact reasons he said.

Because it’s week 6, and one guy has been practicing their offense for multiple years. Oh, and because Kap is an average QB at best at this point in his career, even if he was on a team whose offense he knew.

I’m extremely pro-protest, pro-Kap, and believe it’s fucked up he’s not on a roster, but it’s legitimately difficult to imagine a guy coming on to a team in week 6, who is just an average QB at this point, would give them a better chance to win than a 3 year back up.

This cop’s a piece of shit, and should be fired, but he was clearly not giving their MO, but rather making a sarcastic/tongue-in-cheek point about how society views them. He wasn’t actually telling them their policy, obviously. Even the author of this piece understands that.

If the picture doesn’t immediately set up your bullshit detector, you have a really, really dysfunctional one.

I support Kaepernick, and think Steele is a dunce, but she’s not entirely wrong here. I don’t need to see relatively dumb people talk about this complex topic every fucking day on TV.

It’s always nice to see that highly revered judges are just as dumb as the dumbest person you’re friends with on Facebook. What a country!

If you listen to them speak, it’s really clear Klosterman thinks Simmons is a complete idiot.
