Sounds good. I’ll be firing up the Traeger on Sunday. Still trying to figure out what to cook. Supposed to rain in my neck o the woods, so probably something that doesn’t require more than an hour or so. I saw a sweet looking recipe for smoked ribeyes. Leaning that way.

I guess you missed this.

Every state is different. In Washington State it is customary (on a purchase) for the seller to pay for the buyer’s title insurance, excise tax (essentially state sales tax of 1.78% of pp) and half of the escrow fee. Buyer in turn pays for their lender’s title insurance (if securing a loan), half of the escrow fee,

Dongmont?

City of Seattle’s sucks. What the hell is this? A Jellyfish?

yeah but then you’re drinking higher alcohol (and/or gravity) beers later in the night. so you wake up extra crushed. screw the palate and start with the strong stuff!

Thanks for the advice. After running the numbers it makes no sense to change. We’re sticking with the unlimited.

I’d much rather keep buying a new iPhone every two years for $200 and then rolling that used phone to Gazelle for $190-200. It’s essentially a “free” upgrade and I’ve still got unlimited data. Probably just keep riding this until they completely change the model.

your gif don’t do that shiz justice

I was just comparing our existing plan to the 15gb per month as shown above. I think it will actually cost more to ditch the unlimited plan. They advertise $15 per phone/month. I’m about a year in on my iPhone 6, so still under contract. The wife is off contract on her 5S, waiting for 6s. They are quoting me $40/month

$900/year. I’d jump plans in an instant if my savings were that big. When Virgin Mobile first came out I was really contemplating making the jump. But they don’t, at least last time I checked, offer 4g LTE in Seattle. So that was a no go. There were some good cost breakdown posts comparing all the different mobile

I’ll have to check on that. I’ve had the ATT unlimited data since the original iPhone came out. I think I’ve received a “you’re getting close to Xgb this month....you data speeds may be slowed...try to use wifi...” text message maybe 5 or 6 times. So I’m not constantly hitting those limits but there a certainly

ATT is rolling over unused data! Whoa Flashback Friday to the good ‘ol Cingular Wireless days!!

Any word on throttling? My wife and I are still on the old unlimited plans. About $100 per phone. We are getting a corporate discount that gets us down to about $160 after taxes. Maybe it’s time to take a real hard look at a shared 15gb plan.

What? Are you new here?

Even if Mt. Rainier blows the Seattle Metro Area is far enough away that we should escape any catastrophic damage. The Duwamish River could flood due to pyroclastic flow.

Its ok. We won’t drown in a tsunami in Seattle. We’re not on the coast. However, we could have some issues with liquifaction.

“Everything west of Interstate 5 will be toast.” An overstatement for the Seattle area. As mentioned in the linked survival article Seattle is insulated by the Olympic Peninsula and will be saved from a tsunami in the Pacific Ocean. Seattle is also West of I-5....so for big cities on the west coast Seattle and

A bit off topic. Does this mean the show/filming will be based in the USA? Is there even Amazon Prime streaming in the UK? I’d love to see more exploits by the boys on this side of the pond.

probably my favorite part of the movie. its great in 3d
