The real fail was not rocking the white lettering out.

From the supply chain rumor mill, most of the units for launch have been made and millions of them are are already in North America. If they delay, they will be eating the cost of air freight and paying for storage.
I would expect that they are losing 50% margin on every unit with a plan to make $$$ on content and accessories.
Global supply chain person here: Based on the rumor mill in the air freight market, Sony is moving LOTS PS5 of volume to North America. Based on logistics timelines, I would expect to see pre-order startup before the end of September, with the first deliveries occurring no later than October 20th.
The HiAce is a delight, and is clearly the right answer. I rented a camper version for two weeks to cruise around New Zealand, and when the time came to part ways, I was heart broken.
For the love of all that is crunchy and delicious, I wish these men would go to therapy before thinking about going under the knife. Well adjusted, empathetic and self aware men seem to be in demand regardless of height or jaw line.
I had the same frustration when I went to go buy a 4Runner in 2016. It felt like the $47,000 they wanted essentially got you an SUV from 2010, with a few updated features. I know part of the allure of Toyota is reliability and resale, but I wish they could shorten lifecycle on their tech and interiors.
This is pure genius
As someone who loads and unloads a pickup truck 4x a week, I hope the seventh way is a conveyor belt.
I love this comment.
Or, like in the case of Herman Cain, just keep tweeting from his account.
As Covid goes on and on, it feels so strange to still see people acting so callously. At this point, it’s killed 1 parent and 2 grand parents in my friend group and two people close to me have gotten back a positive test. This is among people who have taken social distancing, mask use and quarantining after exposure…
Sorry to hear. Sounds like a tough road.
What do you have in mind for your next car then?
Here’s why I’m cautiously optimistic. When I did my department budget in Portland, each “seat” cost $40k. When I did it in the Bay, each “seat” costs $100k. If companies can save that kind of money (less say, a $5k WFH stipend) and pay people less for living in small cities and suburbs, there is a very big incentive…
You can configure it with a manual, but of the 35 for sale within 50 miles not a single one is a stick.
Nike isn’t laying off thousands of employees, but they are clearing out their mountain of VPs and getting rid of their child care center. As long as sales keep growing in China, Nike will be fine.

This is a gimmick meant to extract money from the parents of tweens. It’s also idiotic from a sustainability perspective. Nike does a lot of dumb shit. This will go into the dumpster with“Shox”, fuel band, Hurley, Cole Haan and crappy golf clubs.

A brief google journey suggests, that in the 1976 they were 10% of the US market, and now they are sitting at 1%. The minivan, then SUV, then CUV seems to have clobbered sales.
I grew up in an all wagon household. My parent’s Camry, Accord and Legacy wagons (all manual) that I abhorred in my youth all seem pretty darn cool now.
