Although that wording doesn’t necessarily imply that there isn’t a PS4 physical version being made- just that this particular kickstarter is only officially for the PC version- with a copy for download on PS4.
I’m sure it was a safety net for Sony in the event that there was very little consumer interest- no physical

Exactly. The exact same thing happened with ICO. It was originally being developed for PS1 (there’s video of early development footage) and then in late 1999/early 2000, it became apparent that development would have to shift over to PS2. Of course nobody had heard of this game/dev studio- so there weren’t any fan

Good. One less jackass to run into on PSN.

Very interesting. It looks like a return to the turn-based classics and the early-polygon era Final Fantasy titles.

Well, they certainly have my attention.

This is getting record-breaking levels of support, here. Ordinarily- I would be one of the first fans to jump in at around the $100 level- but I’m holding out for the announcement of a physical copy on PS4. I won’t pay more than $15 for digital downloads.

I’m the lapsed comic reader. I stopped reading superhero comics about 20 years ago- but I like the Marvel movies enough to borrow a few trades to catch up before seeing them in the theater. Although I wouldn’t pester a comic store employee to fill me in- I have other nerdy friends for that.

That is a seriously good looking cover. I just wish I enjoyed the actual games as much as I want to love them. Style is on point- though.

I spent about 10 dollars playing and beating most of the levels in this game last month at a Golfland. It’s beautiful and is a testament to greatness of the arcade medium. This game really can’t be experienced at home without the cabinet. It’s definitely on the easy side- but I had a lot of fun with it.

I’m a big Wipeout fan and I know plenty of others, but when the conceptual track designs first popped up months ago- it didn’t look good. Also, I don’t want to play this on PC. I hope it works out and I’ll probably get it when it comes to PS4, but that kickstarter campaign just doesn't instill confidence.

It’s disappointing- but par for the course in this industry. He is already familiar with this same kind of shitty business in the film industry so he should have expected an uphill battle in the development of a major video game.

It looks like that game was already funded successfully, at least. Looks great, but I don’t want to play it on PC. If it does well on Steam and gets ported to a console, I’ll be there day one.

Momus!! Yes!!!

And finally he’s a tentacle rapist.

Now I understand why they've exiled you to Australia, Luke. Final Fantasy 12 is trash and you damn well know it!

Great news. I still have physical copies of one and two, so I can already play those on PS3- but this makes it easy to complete the collection. Still wish Capcom would find a way to add the first 2 Legends games to PSN for those who missed out on the games in late ‘90’s. They hold up really well and more people should

The original PS1 belongs on this list. It was the inspiration for the Saturn with it’s small footprint, and use of simple lines and circles and classic colors with the logo and colored symbols for buttons in place of letters. And those now-ubiquitous handlebar controllers with multiple rows of shoulder buttons.

Came here expecting disagreement, but NOPE. This list checks out. Thanks for settling things once and for all.

They should just let you order them from their own site. If it's back-ordered, just email customers advising of an expected wait and then fulfill orders on a first-come-first-served manner. That way Nintendo can produce based on the demand- advise customers of the lead time and hopefully cut down on grey market
