I don't like the idea of having to pick and choose features based on trying to fit them into that stupid rectangle like some kind of Resident Evil inventory screen. Also, I feel like those little screws would pop off really easily and my phone would break apart, sending $50 components all over the place to be broken

Now playing

Thank God you never made it to level 11 "Clinger Winger". Man, fuck Battletoads...

Final Fantasy VII was a 3-disc game. The third disc was the shortest by far. You were almost done!

Man- that Uncharted 3 was quite a disappointment for me, too. The linearity didn't bother me as much as the heavy-handed "right-way" vs. "wrong-way" approaches to some of those gun fights. In the first two games, the aiming was much better (something I hear was later patched into 3, but I played it the first week it

I still have this issue. I remember waiting for what felt like an ETERNITY for Phantasy Star IV to actually come out after reading the preview in this issue. At least it felt like an eternity back then. That was before Versus XIII and The Last Guardian, of course...

Looks really cool. I only have one concern after watching the video and it's something you didn't address: the platforming. It looks really floaty like Little Big Planet, and that might be a deal-breaker for me.

The visual style is "indie" but the battle mechanics and turn-based gameplay definitely say "JRPG" to me. I can only speak for myself, but I'm definitely liking what I see. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Thanks for your interpretation of what Japanese homosexuals are up to.

I'm totally confused as to what was actually going on here. I'm already interested in these devices based on the games, but the social connectivity does nothing for me. I generally play games by myself to get away from friends and loved ones :) I am potentially interested in using the PS Vita TV to stream PS4 games to

If the price is right- ABSOLUTELY. I've wanted to buy a Vita for a long time, but the price so far has just been way too high. A $250 system (assuming the mandatory memory card) is just too high for me since I don't really have the time or need for portable gaming in my life- I rarely make use of my 3DS as it is.

Well said. This isn't cannibalizing Vita sales- it's expanding the potential Vita environment to people who want to play Vita games with their Dual Shock controllers on a TV (someone like me) who may not really need or have the opportunity for gaming on the go. It also significantly lowers the cost of entry into the

This sounds like it might be crazy enough to work! I find myself with fewer and fewer opportunities to play mobile games and I have always preferred the console experience of playing games in my room on a TV. There's a small handful of games on the PS Vita currently (and on the horizon) that I would LOVE to play- but

Amazon/ebay/half.com etc. are practically always cheaper than EB. Current price at EB/GameStop is $35 for a used copy of Super Mario Galaxy 2. Nintendo first-party titles tend to maintain a high resale value.

It's not officially tied to the dev/publisher, but the filmmaker does have their blessing and support. If it gets enough attention, I would bet on a collaborative project between the two teams happening for a future game in the series :)

I wasn't complaining. Just hoping :)

LOL. duh :D

That's true, but I don't want to pledge and then have to withdraw my pledge again if something goes wrong. That's a hassle. The game has already been funded- so one way or another it's getting made and that's great for everyone who has already pledged their money. My only stipulation is that I DO NOT want to play this

Once it gets closer to the console stretch goal, I will definitely donate. I just don't want to play this game on PC at all. So there would be no gain from me donating now as opposed to donating once it got closer to that stretch goal. I have every intention of donating- but I really want to be certain that I'm buying

You're exactly the kind of person I was talking about in the comment above. I know you're excited for this system, but frankly- I feel like you would buy this thing no matter how bad it is. I'm not convinced, personally, and this news is making me even feel even less certain.

Yes, thanks.
