I haven't used Windows 8 yet, but I think it looks very slick- and I also hate the 360 Dashboard. I don't see much in common between the two, to be perfectly honest. I have used the new Windows phones quite a bit though, and I can honestly say that they are really, really nice. In fact, I am almost certain that my

I understand that part of getting back at them is to not mention the name of the game or the developer in question (or giving their game any coverage)- but for future reference, I would really like to know who this was, so I can avoid their games in the future. The idea of PR people offering to play- or in this case,

*laser beams is strong against fire-based attacks and spells*

I agree. It's sad, really- because Hydrox cookies taste much, much better :(

I hate regular Oreos. There, I said it.

Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation controversy and "pinkwashing" concerns aside, I also enjoy the color pink. I have a pink Japanese PS2 slim that I play my old import PS1 and PS2 games on. It's not related to the fight against breast cancer, but I still like it all the same :)

Mystical Ninja and Star Tropics are more like dungeon/adventure games. I would put both in the same genre as the old (pre-Ocarina of Time) Zelda games. Excellent games worth playing for any RPG fan even if they aren't technically RPGs. Symphony of the Night is the pinnacle of the Castlevania series. It's available to

Yes.

Fair enough. *puts gun back in holster*

Your avatar is a book :)

Lolita is a great book. I didn't say every one of those books was bland (I've read 18 of them)- just that many of them are...

There are some pretty bland books on that list, it reads like a summer required reading list for a 9th grade English class. There are some important books on there to be sure, but if you're trying to inspire people who don't already love to read to read more books, I would maybe pick some different (enjoyable) books.

Indeed. One of the greatest jokes ever played on society is the fact that this book about an apathetic, jaded teen is foisted upon nearly every apathetic, jaded teen in the country.

If anyone is stealing gigs, it's you! Gig stealer!!! ;)

I've seen this popping up around the web for the past week. Amazing. Every single one :)

All I can say is: AGREED.

Hmmmmm... If this means taking Metroid, Zelda, and Starfox back towards their original gameplay mechanics- then I am all for it.

It's definitely fog. This is San Francisco, not LA ;)

Totally agree. The puzzles were weak, the controls were sluggish, the game was super short, and the slick visuals stopped being interesting after about 10 minutes.

LOL- "The Sunset" is one of the most offensively inaccurate neighborhood names I've ever seen. It's always coated in fog. Doubly so in the summer :)
