You are so right about this. After listening to her album I was absolutely floored at her ability to switch from a full belt into a not-nasal head voice. Sometimes she even switches back again, and that's just incredibly challenging.

She’s flawless in every way. Yesterday I listened to When we Were Young about 100x. The albums amazing. She's an amazing vocalist. And that rare performer that actually sounds better live.

Oh man, I love that look on her face at the end. She knows she just killed it and the crowd is going nuts. That’s the look of an artist who knows she worked her butt off to get to that point.
