But here’s the thing, if the dealer’s story is true, they don’t owe the kid anything. Again this is a big if the dealer’s story is the truth, someone forked over a pile of cash for a vehicle and didn’t think to ask for a title. A title and keys in hand are a pretty iron-clad way of owning a car.
