In addition, while this team is losing, they are playing hard, they are young and a lot of them have potential. While many of them aren't starting caliber, they will have pretty respectable careers in the NBA.

I would recommend anybody thinking about a diet to keep a food log for a month. Not calorie counting or restricting what you are eating, but just to keep track of what you eat. With the data you gather, you'll be able to see where you can easily cut back and save yourself a couple of hundred calories per week.
