So because of injustices done in the past, The LGBT community must be represented? Even if we go with the most liberal estimates, its like 4% not 10. And thats about the same size as the American Indian Population yet i never hear about how they are underrepresented.... Smh

I think its more a “I feel discriminated against” or “This makes me feel uncomfortable” that the author is decrying. Saying you feel like you are being discriminated against bears no weight unless you have proof to back it up. I hate to say it, but i think any situation where a psychotic man has a gun, you can’t blame the police for being extra cautious. There are plenty of cases where police are too gung ho, but this is not one of them.
