Lets put it this way, you can buy a Ferrari from the same year with fewer miles for less than that.

The fact that someone went to these lengths to preserve a mid-2000s Dodge will be endlessly funny to me. 

There was nothing mediocre about this car at the time... I had an 82 for awhile, almost identical to this one.... Except it was terra cotta red. Fantastic car. Far superior to it’s contemporaries at the time....

Agree on this point. You NEED to read the comic prequel, as it fills in A LOT of gaps in the film, and it makes the entire thing better.

If you read the prequel comics to Star Trek 2009, Nero’s motivations make complete sense.
