Ghostery will do it. There's probably a setting to allow it, but I'm too lazy to find it, plus I'm using their proxy server to block everything on my wifi connection, and it seems to be an all or nothing option.

My biggest issue with it is that, if I'm playing music through my IPhone and get a phone call, it doesn't stop playing. Instead, the music is sent to the ear/phone speaker, making it impossible to hear the caller. I don't have this problem with any other USB input, so I'm blaming it on Kenwood.

Congratulations to Oshkosh for a well earned win. I'm a bit of a LM homer, but that's just because I used to get the opportunity to take their entry on fuel runs in Orlando back when they were developing it. Pulling up to the pump next to average Joe in his H2 was always satisfying.
