The Prestige!
The Prestige!
Does this mean I can get offended if McDonald’s asks if I want fries with that now?
My decision where to see it will depend on the hateful eight. If I can see that in 70mm somewhere closer I will just see starwars in liemax. If it’s the same drive for both then I will wait for hateful eight to come out and make a day of it.
That makes no sense. The closest they come to that in real life is a copying process.
Yeah. The Prestige is probably the only movie that as soon as it was over I had to immediately watch it again.
I heard the Timeline movie was pretty awful.
If it’s not on this list then you are in for the liemax experience.
I may or may not be driving 3 hours to see it in 70mm.
I should probably read it at some time.
My favorite thing in The Prestige that I consider the most haunting upon a second viewing is all the hats.
That sounds like their answer to everything. We can’t afford levers and knobs for the controls. I know, we’ll have them tap a bunch of stickers and pretend their interacting with a computer.
Now I know who to blame for ipads.
The Prestige covers this too. Has a really chilling scene where they dwell on it.
Have you seen the Prestige? You should watch the Prestige.
P.S. We get it, you can 3D print a car. Please hire a guy with a sander.
Thank God my ideal 911 is a rat rod. Mainly because I can’t afford anything nicer. I like the Singer stuff plenty but I accepted a long time ago that I’ll never have one.
I know I went from driving my Miata on backroads to my ‘96 Regal and I took a turn at what I thought was a really moderate pace and the back end stepped out on me, with the wife and kids in the car with me no less.
I had a right hand followed shortly by a left hand that led to a tiny bridge that was basically a yump in rally terms. I always tried to see how fast I could carry the car out of those turns to see if I could get airborne. The closest I got was just getting the suspension light. Also in the country, obviously.
