BUY THE MINIVAN GRAN TOURER SOCCER MOM FRAULEIN!

Yeah, everything else I want will be ready in the next couple years. This is the only newer car I really want over here.

I'm an odd bird.

I'd rather have a gt4 than a C7 Z06 and I say this as someone who'd rather have a C6 Z06 than either.

But I wanted the Transit RS...

For me it was how subtle it was about the acceleration. I just did my normal seat of my pants accelerate to cruising speed, glance down, and shocked I'm in triple digits.

You've mentioned before that Americans don't want to drive slow cars the "only" do 0-60 in 10 seconds, but let's face it who really takes their car to the max on an on ramp anyway.

And that's how I accidentally ended up doing 100 mph on that BMW 740 test drive.

Same for the Camaro and the GLE considering they're discussing the first gens.

Whoever picked the answers didn't seem to understand it either.

Looks like a Murano Cross Cabriolet to me. Doors are too big these days.

I had an 87 CRX and a 95 Miata and the CRX was fine. The Miata was the tight fit but I still daily drove both.

If you don't fit in a Mazda 2 then you probably wouldn't fit in a CRX either. I'm a pretty big dude and I've squeezed myself into a lot of tiny cars. The Mazda 2 would seem roomy to me compared to some of the stuff I've driven.

Was going to say exactly this. The only reason we don't pay as much attention to these is they are holding they're value too damn well. The absolute cheapest one you can find used is $8k. They are in b-spec racing in both rally and track racing.

I would too. Imagine if we had new Datsun 510s, Volvo 142s, and BMW 2002s and they sold for under $20k. My ideal power plant would be the 1.0 ecoboost from the Fiesta or something similar but I'd be happy with a 1.5 NA engine to keep costs down. Give it a 5 speed manual, make it stiff with minimal airbags, put in a

I was all set to go to one of those Ford driving events and unfortunately had to miss it but I was ready to hoon the shit out of a transit.

Seriously? 145 comments and nobody has suggested a small inexpensive rwd coupe? A 2+2 with the the japanese spec miata drivetrain that weighs less than 2800 lbs and costs less than $17k. Sounds perfect to me. Give us a good lightweight chassis and suspension with a weak efficient motor that improves cafe score for the

Perfect.

Looks like Tony Scott getting started on Top Gun 2.
