Agree, it is a hands free cell phone law in Georgia but I can stare at an infotainment screen as much as I want. It seems that there is a race to the bottom with this new technology. Its like the auto industry is creating solutions for problems that didn’t exist, all for the sake of technology .....and trying to

Most excellent.  Kinja and I have a love/hate relationship lately.

Not mine but I am sure we can all agree.....

So for my education (seriously), you don’t pay a fixed percentage of your revenue take to Lyft? I thought you had a rider pop up on your screen and it said you would get paid XX amount to take the fare, at which point you could decide whether to accept or decline based on the known (contractual) percentage you have to

Ah, makes since, I guess they are lunging a lot to get the holds. And 5.12a limit? If you are only a halfway decent climber then I would like to retract my statement that “I am a bad climber” and replace it with “I am a terrible climber”! Thanks for the clarification.

Not doubting the rating system, just very surprised. I was/am a bad climber that could probably only do a 5.10 clean 50% of the time. This looks very doable though. I could do it in under half an hour.....easy....(with rest breaks).

Exactly. I would think that information was superfluous at best and was probably only included originally to show how “slick and powerful” the app was to potential investors. General rule is don’t ever offer something and then take it away. People always assume it was for nefarious reasons. I think Tesla, Facebook and

So I just finished helping my father purchase a car this weekend and went through this exact process. Of the 5 area dealers, 2 sent itemized price quotes on request. The other 3 just said they would beat any price quote I provided them by $500 (it is always $500.....and just provided informal quotes). One of the

There sure are a lot of these “ads”......

Had a coworker claim it on a Nissan Leaf lease. The dealership marketed to him that way. Resulted in effectively $0 in lease payments. Sounded too good to be true.....

Can’t wait to see what the finished product looks like.  Maybe hold off on selling your house till you have done this for a month.  I think a lot of the shine may start to wear off when it is 2 a.m., raining and you need to take a leak.  Regardless, glad you are recovering, sounds like a nasty scare.  Check out the

I am more confused by what seem to be obvious product placement shots. Granted I did not know what a White Mercedes pill was so maybe I am missing some other subtle (or not so subtle) reference. I like Charli XCX’s music but I am admittedly only listening to the music and not paying much attention to the lyrics.

Was coming to post this but glad someone else did as the hate will be coming. That 2 foot long center row of buttons as well. Tell me how I am supposed to navigate that without taking my eyes off the road....

Serious question. Why would you pick this over something like a Tacoma TRD off road (or similar)? I am always baffled by the Jeep products since they always feel cheaply put together. I know they are capable off road but every time I get in one I feel like it should cost 20k, not 30k+.

I would do this but Waze would eat through my data plan before I got out of New York......

Thanks, I will give that a try next time.

Kinja not letting me post the other picture.....I guess it does not want me making fun of Doug in the Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet (or perhaps it is auto removing it as an obscene picture).....

There have been much worse convertibles. This one is good looking by comparison. Oddly , the same weird person is in both of these photos......

Cars are death machines.
