Heart rate is pretty accurate on both. I have counted it off against a clock a couple times, and it seems good. I like having the heart rate on because I think it tracks the calories burned better.

I've had both of the these devices for a while now (Surge 3 weeks, Charge HR a little over a month). I like the Surge, but it is still a bit buggy. I have been hooked on LFDH for about 3 years now, what a great show! I have a new found respect for Daryl as an artist and genius. The show is really worth checking out if you haven't seen it yet. Love the Cee-Lo version!
