Yeah, I hope no one gets me wrong: I'm loving the crap outta the Wii U. Just growing pains :)

Heh, you're right about that. I own a PS3, but I avoid FPS games like the plague on there. I'll get used to it I'm sure, but ultimately I'll probably continue that trend by playing FPS games on the 720.

Yeah, I think its my brain trying to default the position of my hand. Gotta work on them hand-brain calibrations I guess...

My wife actually pointed this out to me with Sonic Racing. We had rented it on 360 before getting the Wii U version. She said that it was almost impossible to steer the plane (a very floaty and sensitive vehicle) with the Wii U.

Yeah... I'm okay with it happening in ZombiU because it adds a lot to the tension and fear factor. I'm not sure I'd be so forgiving if I was playing Skyrim or a shooter. Hopefully the Pro is good, but just not sure I can get over the swapped button and joystick.

I can imagine... have you used the Pro yet? (Is it even available?)

Nice, thanks for letting me know. I fully intended to press through it, but good to know that I'm not unique in having trouble there.

Anyone else feel like the tablet's right joystick is really hard to use for FPS controls? I constantly find myself looking upward. It could be an intentional design decision, but its just feels floating and disconnected... Not sure if its the game, the controller, or both.

My wife and I are enjoying Nintendo Land a lot. Its not nearly as accessible as Wii Sports was at its time, and she has trouble with some of the more involved games (she's not much of a hard core gamer). Its pretty much "Here's all the iOS games Nintendo COULD have been making."

WE ARE LEGION.

I think it needs a more personal approach... Like "buy if you are..." "Rent if you are..." And "Don't buy if you are..."

Hm? My avi is my Mii... Do you see me as Sonic?

Owen has a good track record, but I think he has a chip on his shoulder over the game being too difficult compared to his expectations.

Okay fine, do whatever the fuck you want.

They did that in direct response to multiple political assassinations— there's no clear-cut reasoning here.

xD

Haha, I agree with just about everything you said there. Clearly not as outrageous as DD, but I do think its a good example of how this Yes/No review system just doesn't work.

This is a repeat of the Dragon's Dogma review all over again, amirite?

Haha, well hopefully the fact that just about every comment on here is supporting the game fills your heart with Thanksgiving joy.
