The saddest part is that the Spirit Halloween movie looks far better made than the new Monster’s movie, which looks like a porn parody minus the porn. 

I have such fond memories growing up, watching the cheesy fun Halloween movies that populated TV, from The Halloween that Almost Wasn’t, to The Midnight House, and Mr. Boogedy, and this one kinda gives me those same childhood feels, so I’m kinda excited by this.

This probably cost next to nothing to make, and family holiday movies tend to do okay at least, so I expect you’re right.

I don’t know why, but I have a weird feeling this is going to be much more successful than people would predict. Like, it kinda has a Five Night’s at Freddy’s vibe with some kids and a couple well liked, established actors... I could see this becoming a cult thing.
